Down and Dirty

Luke loves a good mess and he will try to get into one whenever possible. This was taken at my sister Tracie's brand new house. That we all decided to visit for Thanksgiving just a week after she had moved in. We had a great time! There were 16 adults 16 grand kids and 12 of those grand kids are under the of age of 6, so you can see how both Jeremy and I forgot to pay very close attention to Luke. I was sitting inside visiting my sisters when Dave came in and said "Liz do you know where your child is?" I thought Jeremy had him and he thought I had him. Luke was outside playing in the dirt with the older boys and couldn't see why they would want to play in the dirt when the mud was much more fun. He loved it. I had to laugh because I have a picture of Jeremy when he was Luke's age and he is playing in the mud just like that. I guess father like son.
