Snow Days

Has anyone noticed that I now live in Alaska, where the sun no longer shines and we have a blizzard everyday. Well I have noticed and I don't like it. The boys and I decided we had better go outside and try to have some fun in the snow before mom went stir crazy. We just went in our backyard, but the boys thought it was the greatest thing ever. I think they had cabin fever too. They rode their bikes in the snow, used their sandbox as a snow box, and ate lots and lots of snow. It was freezing but they didn't even seem to notice. It was especially fun to watch Lukie try to figure out how to get around with all his snow gear on. It made me laugh and I thought about "The Christmas Story", "I can't put my arms down."

I know you will not feel bad, but the last two weeks it has been freezing and raining. We can't go to the park. I sort of went crazy like I am back in Utah. So sorry for you.

Liz,
We have been so sick of the snow too! It seems like all I have been doing lately is a lot of snowblowing. My little girl, Ellie, absolutely loves it though. I'm getting excited to move to Cali for law school where the sun is shining!
I think we both get our downloads at the same place for our blogs. Both of our last two designs have been from the same downloads. I always doubted your taste before but it seems that it must get better with age :)

It's unreal! I literally pick my jaw off the floor every morning seeing that there is yet another stinkin blizzard. I'm so sick of it. I think I have diagnosed myself with SADS (seasonal affective disorder) this winter b/c I can't seem to get out of sweats and go anywhere. I can't wait for Spring and Summer. Your boys are beautiful. I love the blond hair, how adorable. Glad we're back in touch.

Liz,
How retarded did I feel when you told me you didn't live in Alaska?!! I am so dumb! I was wondering why in the world you would move to Alaska, and I felt so bad for you!! I am glad you are still here. And I agree with you, it is WAY TOO COLD! I am done!

Hey Liz, I found you through Angee's blog. I can't believe how big your boys are. They are darling! Isn't it so much fun? I always thought I was crazy for having Kimball and Sammy so close together, but they play so good together now. I love it.

Sounds like you're doing great!
