Jack makes me laugh!

This picture I think was taking about 1 year ago, but as I was browsing through my pictures I saw it and thought it was perfect for this post about Jack. Jack is now entering into childhood he will be 3 years old in May and he has already started asking my the Whys? I get these questions at such random times too. Here are some examples "Mom, why do owls fly in the sky? Mom why do snow bears roar? Mom why do babies cry at night and wake me up and I get scared?' That last question is from a book that talks about a new baby brother who cries and wakes the little boy up at night. I try to explain to Jack when new babies are born they cry at night because they need their diaper changed or a bottle, He then replies "Mom, when dad was a baby he cried at night and waked me up.' He is really worried about the baby crying at night, so I tell him we don't have a baby, he says" We have a baby his name is Lukie. " He also says "mom guess what?" a lot. I say "what" and he will tell me some random thought, I think he just wants to talk. "Mom, guess what.... Daddy painted my room blue." One quick last story, I bought Jack the Jungle Book Movie, and he loved it. I was telling Jack that when mom was little I watched the Jungle Book a lot with my little brother Ted. I told him I thought the little boy in the movie was Ted, and than he said "and Karly was the bear" Jeremy and I laughed. Of course Karly was the bear because he only knows Ted as being with Karly. I get a kick out of how his little mind works. What a funny little guy!

I want to know who you thought you were-when you were watching it with Ted.

Oh by the way. I get on your blog everyday and just listen to your song play list as I go about my business. I guess I am to lazy to figure out how you do the song thingy. I figure we like a lot of the same songs except- I haven't heard any songs from the guy you wanted to marry. What about that guy? You know the one you told mom "you would just die if you didn't go to his concert"-through tears when you were in junior high.
